Front desk and the doctor were friendly and helpful.
Just had my pap test after years with Dr Nathagopal. And I had a great experience with her gentle approach. I did not feel any discomfort at all. The entire procedure was quick and easy. Thank you Dr.
Doctors are absolutely competent- can’t say nothing bad about them. However, people at the front desk especially the brown girl with black glasses on AND the manager are so rude, incompetent, not helpful at all, most of the time dont know what they’re doing, don’t know how to handle and answer questions. I’ve been wondering why this place has very low ratings and it seems like its because of the front desk. Such a shame as the doctors working here are so nice. This clinic has competent staff and my doctor is the best at what he does, he is very experienced. Trust me, he always takes the best decision in treating any illness, he does not waste time in knowing what illness his patients have because he is experienced
