So been seeing Dr.Michael Sy for quite some time and every time I've been seeing him it's always been excellent. From letting me know about my eye's to making sure that I'm up to date with my lenses are if they have to be replaced. Now that i have a new pair of glasses Ian has been a great help to me if i need to tighten my frames are if my glasses need any more attention. Keep up the good work.
I went in today to get glasses and was helped by Jaclyn. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process and made it such a smooth experience.🤗
Update! It's 2025 and they are Still wonderful. Everyone was great! Prompt, efficient and friendly. Had eye exam with dr. Chen. Bought glasses. Will be back in 2 weeks to pick them up
I had a great experience with Sophia she was super helpful in repairing my glasses. One of the screws was stripped, and she quickly replaced it for me. She even took the time to clean my glasses, which I really appreciated. Excellent service and very friendly! Thanks again, Sophia!
Awesome optometrist super caring and very informative!!! Really spends quality time and is never in a rush! I highly recommend him!!!!
