I had a really great experience with Manal. She was very kind, patient, and helpful while I was choosing my glasses. She took the time to show me different frames and gave honest advice on what suited my face best. In the end, I chose the pair she recommended and I’m really happy with them. She also explained things like blue light and flat lenses in a simple way that made it easy to understand and decide. Great experience. Dr Kim is very thorough and considerate. The optician, Jaclyn, technicians, and front desk are very welcoming and happy to help. You can tell they put extra care in their work. Jaclyn did a wonderful job helping me get new lenses in my glasses and making sure they fit well. I will be coming back!
Staff is very nice and the doctors and extremely friendly and informative.
