Their own lab hours are listed as open until 3:30pm. For two days in a row, I called several times to confirm their hours, with it going straight to voicemail every time. I drove 30 minutes to arrive at 2:40pm, only to be told by info desk that they actually close at 2:30pm.

I can't even believe how bad this place is. As if their hours aren't bad enough, the one day I take time to go for a drug screen, every employee called out. This cost me a job. I would drive two hours to go elsewhere before I ever went back to Medworks.

I had to do health screening for work and chose to make apt at this location. For anyone needing to do this I would recommend going somewhere else because they do not answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Also the lady who answered the phone was not helpful. I hope that they get the help they need at this location.

They don't answer the phones. I've been trying to schedule a physical for a few days and left voicemail. I shouldn't have to drive from Worcester just to schedule an exam. They only accept walk ins for drug screening.

I am on day 5 of calling a leaving a VM. I am trying to get our employees appointments for work related physicals. I may just have to get in my car and drive over. This is awful that the management is allowing this to happen and not staffing properly.
