Marlborough Heating&AC was recommended to us by a friend when our 17 year old furnace stopped working Wednesday 1/12/22. Our regular HVAC company told us in November during our yearly service that it should be replaced and never got back to us with a quote. When we experienced a noxious smell on 1/6/22 our HVAC contractor sent out a tech and got our furnace started again and said he would again put in a request for a new furnace. I had them come out to give me a quote on an air conditioner repair and a boiler repair. Never heard back never heard back nor did I ever get a quote. Bad for business.
