I sent an email though the website to get in contact about my lawnmower, which needs repair. I got the automated reply, 10 days later i sent a follow up as I had not heard anything. 2 days after that (12 days) I received a call from a lady who said and I quote "next time pick up the phone, they do not check their email." Should not be an option to send an email if you're not going to use it and I shouldn't get a nasty response from your employees.
Their machine repair shop is a scam. They replace things you don't need and completely over charge you.
The women on the phone is rude, seems that they have ready answers to why a repair bill is so high. They love to over charge their customers and get defensive when you question them.
