If you have an option of another source of water, go with the other source!!! This company is a nightmare to deal with in the event of a leak. You will not have access to monitor your water supply on your on because they lock the water meter so they can charge you to unlock it and read it yourself. If you think they will contact you to let you know that you may have a leak as most reputable water companies would, you are sadly mistaken. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this place. I have had a major water leak for a while now and cannot anyone on the phone in order to get some assistance. My yard is about to be a pond. This is not my first bad experience. When I first moved here, I tried to get the application to turn on my water and the lady that was inside sat and watched me calling inside for over an half of an hour and then finally answered and said, "Are you the lady outside in the red van?"
