Always knowledgeable and professional.
I’ve had three cats that I’ve taken here over the past 4-5 years. These are the most empathetic, caring people you’ll ever meet. Whether it has been to treat an ill cat or have one put down, they have always treated me and my cats with the utmost respect and kindness. I live in Shrewsbury now, but still commute the 25 or so minutes to go here because of how amazing they are.
Everyone is so kind and friendly. They explain procedures and make sure that my pet is comfortable and well taken care of.
