Not good HORRIBLE Customer Service. had an appointment at this facility for 3 annual exams, and when I showed up the receptionist said that I had canceled them and no longer had an appointment. When I showed her my confirmation emails she said, "You must have put your phone in your pocket and cancelled the appointments on the app". However I have never downloaded an app! She was hell-bent on blaming me and insisting that I canceled my appointments. She did nothing to show empathy or try to rectify the situation. I will never... read more
There is so much I can say about the MAH’s team. They have cared for our Bradie for 10yrs and Dr. Coffman and his group have been our family in keeping Bradie healthy. We are relocating now to Florida and all will be miss there; not sure if she (Bradie) feels the same Lol). Thank you again for being there for us.
