I brought my 4 young children and was very impressed with the kind and gracious staff and Dr. Marlatt's kind, thorough and patient examinations! I highly recommend Marlatt Optometry to any family!
Had an eye checkup, Dr. Marlatt was amazing. Patient and comforting, he made me feel at ease and optimistic about my eye health. At 45, I do need readers and he gave me a personalized prescription. I opted to support local and shop there for my glasses. The ladies were extremely helpful and managed to make it a fun experience. Picked up my stylish new glasses today 🤗
Dr. Marletts office is so wonderful. Excellent service and they are there to help you with every need. I recommend them to everyone!
Dishonest, was told there was a warranty , that covers accidentals. Brought them in once due to a minor damage and they replaced them. Had a more serious damage yesterday, and was told they only cover manufacturers defects(this is contrary to what they have said in the past) More notably, they woman that usually deal with is the nicest lady I've ever met doing reception(Karen).
