Been going to her for more than 20 years, Marla Scott in Yaletown damaged my hair using a highlight that was too hot for my hair, which damaged my hair and then she failed to recognize the damaged hair and even tho she could see the hair was different than the rest of hair on my head, she ignored it for six months. I have been going to Marla's Hair Studio for 32 years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. She understands my hair and she is such a lovely person.
