My experience was very unsatisfying based on the circumstances of laying my son to rest I overlooked a lot of things long story short items will never return. Makeup was horrible and last, but not least his remains were released to an unauthorized person, but due to the fact that that person which is his father who is not near next to Ken was given his remains and released to him from the funeral home very unacceptable me as a mother felt like I was very unappreciated and had no authorization over what was to be done with my... read more
