Dr. Kay is excellent at taking every concern seriously. Many neurologists I've seen have been dismissive and rigid- not Dr. Kay! He carefully considered every concern, politely explained his concerns with the pathways we wanted to investigate, then ordered tests to begin investigating. He showed genuine interest and curiosity at every step, took very detailed notes, and was kind, courteous, professional, and thoughtful at every step. He took special care to make the experience comfortable!
