We recently completed a 1st floor renovation of our home with the help of Marlaina and her team. Marlaina will seem lovely at first and even charming. However, she will try and get you to spend the most amount of money as possible just to generate a much larger commission. She will also present you with a. Couple of options and then will get exasperated if you don’t choose her option A or option B and then will abandon you even if you have paid various design fees. I’ve have the pleasure of working with MTDNY on 2 separate projects (living room & dining room makeover in our old home), and most recently on our nee build interior design.
