This place is awful. We regret sending my dad here every single day. The place is dirty and never seems to get cleaned on a regular basis. My dad would be in the same clothes for sometimes 3-4 days straight. He would have an accident and he would be sitting in that for God knows how long. He has gotten out of the facility three times with one of them saying that he “jumped the fence.” This staff would say anything to save themselves from a lawsuit. I recently toured as I come from a sister facility. The facility is super clean, residents were happy and staff were super friendly. I got to experience the singing club as I was there and thought what a great activity for the residents!
