Dr Kelly is so so nice! And seems like she actually cares about helping her patients
5 stars for Dr Kelly, 2 stars for the staff. The wait to get refills is not acceptable. They don't respond to emails from my pharmacy. When I call, they've actually told me they aren't who prescribe that med for me, but her name is on the bottle! This is not acceptable!

Really excellent at explaining things but really hard to get any help if need procedure done. I waited 6 months and went somewhere else. I did even hear for 6 months.
So many positive reviews and now I know why-best experience I have had with a health care provider in decades. She clearly cares about her patients, has an amazing bedside manner, is able to explain things clearly and I didn't feel rushed. I left with great information and zero questions. I wish I could see her for everything!
