The service by Premier Title in Chandler was below unacceptable. The Buyer’s agent requested the use of Premier and we agreed, not realizing what a horrendous problem this would be. First of all, from the date of opening escrow to the date of terminating our relationship with that escrow company, not on a single occasion did the escrow officer respond to a single telephone call, email, or inquiry from the Seller. We were asked to use Marilena through WRH. We reached out several times to schedule a day/time to sign over the 2 days we were scheduled to fly in and according to the WRH Final Walkthrough and Closing dates. We got 2 responses that were flipped and rude telling us she'd reach out when she received the paperwork. Our days came and passed and then she reached out once we flew back out of state asking us to sign that day with a very short timeframe forcing us to leave work and scramble.
