I have had Marky's caviar many times and the quality is always top notch. The reason for this specific review, however, is for their customer service. Due entirely to FedEx's usual inability to deliver anything in a timely manner, an order that I had placed for the holidays (that was supposed to be delivered over night) took over a week to arrive, resulting in the caviar being spoiled by the time I received it. I purchased the Epicurean Bliss Box from Marky’s Caviar, priced at nearly $200, expecting a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, what I received fell far short of that standard. Most notably, no mother-of-pearl or proper caviar spoon was included. Anyone even remotely familiar with caviar knows that metal utensils alter the taste and are considered unacceptable. Be VERY cautious ordering from Marky’s Caviar. I purchased a gift set for a party and it still has not arrived (a week late-so far). Despite calling Marky’s Caviar multiple times for support, emailing, and trying to work with them for a resolution they won’t respond. I cannot speak to the quality of their product, but I would purchase from another brand given their poor customer service.
