Initial booking process and communication for renting 360 video booth was good. Pricing was good. However, at the location of event, vendor was late, unprofessional, equipment was poor quality and final video quality was also poor.
Markybooth Dallas was amazing from start to finish! The booth setup looked great, the photos were top quality, and our guests had so much fun. The scrapbook they created was a highlight — full of memories we’ll cherish. Peter’s customer service was excellent — super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any event in Dallas

They did an event for us in 2023, didn't get the check we mailed, so we voided and reissued it. They cashed that check and then a year later found the original check and cashed it too and will NOT refund the money for the double payment. Can't get any one to call me back either.
