APARTMENT QUALITY The apartment space itself is cramped and not ideal for a family or pets at all. We had a 2BR 2 BA for 2 people and a cat, and we needed to get a storage unit— mind you we are pretty minimalistic people. Overall the apartment is ok if you are looking for something short term. Been here just over a year, on a month to month basis now while looking for a house or new apartment complex. Staying in Phase 2 apartments, so they are newer and we are the first to live in ours. Which is a 2 bed, 1 bath. -Safety first, Reported Numerous incidents of vehicle break-ins and homeless on property. They stay under the I5 overpass, the park and the woods by the property. First time ever driving this way Was returning a sign Amazingly clean amazingly packed happy families Met Alicia she was really nice.
I have not rented yet but Surelda O. on the leasing team was super helpful, warm and friendly! With that conversation I am looking further into living there!
Would only move here if you want to deal with the most incompetent people on this planet. Residents are great. Management is awful.
