False Advertising, Arbitrary Rules, and Unprofessional Silence This building markets itself as “pet-friendly,” but that clearly only applies if your pet is something they personally approve of. Cats and dogs? Totally fine — even though they bark, scratch, shed, and leave messes. But reptiles like snakes or lizards? Fully contained, silent, clean, and never let out of their enclosures? The apartments are beautiful. Landscaping is stunning to look at.
Overall the apartment is great if you are looking for something short term. I do not anticipate staying longer than a year. Will look for different apartments or a house. Staying in Phase 2 apartments, so they are newer and we are the first to live in ours. Which is a 2 bed, 1 bath. -The quality is ok, not the best and not the worst. Lower end finishes, not great attention to detail that sort of thing. -The flow works ok, storage is not that great and poorly thought out. -No microwave which is a first for us in new apartment... read more
