I get excited to know the team expresses a "We gotcha" attitude. They secured my new home professionally a quick responds to very detail of the way.
Former tenant , after moving out months later they sent an email saying we have $2,000 worth of damage which is absolutely ridiculous! They have shitty washer and dryer combined ,thin flooring to where you can hear absolutely everything and when our fridge broke (because it was cheap) they were gonna refuse to fix it. We also had a smoke detector needing batteries and unfortunately unable to reach it so needed assistance mind you we had a brand new baby ! They took days to come out and help. Watch out!! Almost every single one of these “5 star reviews” are left here because they held a raffle giving away a movie box bundle and cash!! I am a former tenant and was one of the first to move in and first to move out. This place some how is charging over 2,000$ in damages, when there was nowhere near that in damages. Trim and a door do not cost 2,000$!! Also almost everybody who has a dog does not clean up their dog poop so you will have to watch out for that everytime you go outside.
