We were definitely having second thoughts about this place until Shaun stepped in! He was the best! He helped us throughout every process. He was very patient, very understanding, and super friendly! He made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions. The entire process after we met Shaun felt easy and stress-free! We really appreciated his time and professionalism! Definitely recommend working with him!
We had a great experience touring with Shaun. He was professional, and answered all our questions about the unit, lease terms, and neighborhood. He made applying fast and easy. Highly recommend him to anyone looking at Markwood.
Very easy and straightforward. Matthew was very helpful in getting me setup with everything and explaining everything. Even though the website was being updated the application process was still relatively painfree. Apartment was nice and clean when I moved in

Staying in Phase 2 apartments, so they are newer and we are the first to live in ours. Which is a 2 bed, 1 bath. -Safety first, Reported Numerous incidents of vehicle break-ins and homeless on property. They stay under the I5 overpass, the park and the woods by the property. No onsite security or security measures for deterrent. -The quality is ... read more
