Sandy's was great! She was knowledgeable and hospitable. The area was beautiful and new, which is refreshing. Reason for a 4 star is due to the size of rooms, especially the bedrooms. After living in a house, the downsize of the rooms, is a quite severe and would not be a fit for 2 people and 2 dogs.
I had a tour scheduled for Labor Day at 12pm. I booked it quite awhile in advance and received multiple confirmation texts and emails. So despite it being a holiday, I figured everything was fine to proceed. I even reached out to them the Friday before Labor Day and asked if i could bring a guest with me to my MONDAY appointment at 12pm. Got a response saying that was fine so I figured there was enough communication that I had a tour that Monday. I love living in this complex! The from the people working in the office, maintenance crew, to the payment portal they have and any maintenance requests if any or general questions or taken care of and very responsive. The people working here want to do good for people and help you. They are very customer service oriented first! The grounds look flawless with flowers and green grass, sidewalks are pressure washed, everything is so clean and very peaceful. Living here is very enjoyable! False Advertising, Arbitrary Rules, and Unprofessional Silence This building markets itself as “pet-friendly,” but that clearly only applies if your pet is something they personally approve of. Cats and dogs? Totally fine — even though they bark, scratch, shed, and leave messes. But reptiles like snakes or lizards? Fully contained, silent, clean, and never let out of their enclosures?
