I'd recommend NOT using Markwell Group, the charged me over $1200 per day for dry hire of a 20t excavator with rock breaker for 2.8 weeks hire, nearly double normal market rate! On top of that they also charged me $160 per hour and $2 per klm to come out to service the machine when in their hire agreement it states they will charge for over 200klm radius of Townsville and this machine was less then 200klm radius from Townsville. Do your research and try Cat Rental, Komatsu Rental or anybody else first.
