I made an appointment online and I waited only 15 minutes to see the doctor after arrival. The Chinese recepionist is kind. Dr. Jahangiri is professional. The Indian pharmacist is helpful and efficient.
I've been going here for over 5 years, the wait times are decent, doctors are good, and you can book an appointment if you dont want to wait. Dr. Ruan Vasandani gets my favorite Doctor award though🥇he's extremely knowledgeable, so helpful, and really nice. Being a Doctor was definitely his calling in life.
Doctor is really good but their management sucks. I understand the appointment system but I've seen patients who walked in after me go well before me. I was told there are 4 patients ahead of me but I saw around 10 of them go. Not the first time I experienced this. Last time, they just forgot me!! That's what the receptionist said when I checked how long would it take.
