Terrible renting experience. Rarely get hot water, neighbors kept giving us cockroaches when they’d get sprayed, office is never open, and there is water that comes through the ceiling. I’m very sure I kept getting sick because of mold I couldn’t see. It’s cheap but you should make this a last resort.
A horrible rental experience. If you say no, try it.
