Horrible experiance!!!!! Be AWARE! Nothing but problems from day one. I had a parrot device install in my car, I had to bring it back 4 times due to incorrect installation. After numerous attempts of getting the issue resolved I finally gave up and had the device removed from the car. Completely unsatisfied with Mark sound and the product, better off going to BEST BUY! Very Satisfied Mark Sound did an excellent job installing an Auto Start remote starter in my Nissan Murano. I found the price to be better than Best Buy and did not have to worry about some kids installing it. The installation was very clean and completed in the scheduled time. Mark runs a very professional business.
