This company is so bad I have lost faith in the whole idea of apartments. We're in Nightingale Anstey and have been chasing them for years to fix serious defects - leaks in apartments and common areas that have persisted for ages, ruining apartments and making residents have to move out or live with holes in the walls or mould. They don't respond, won't do the work, and their communications are juvenile, unprofessional and embarrassing - mostly from the owner John. Don't trust Markscon.
Dealt with John and the team at Markscon during and after the build stage of our apartment in Prahan, cannot fault there professional and prompt responses to any queries we had
