In our experience, Marks-Woods Construction LLC are dangerous and dishonest contractors. I won’t bury the lede: Marks-Woods lit our house on fire and abandoned it to burn, cut a live 240 volt wire and left it exposed in our yard where children play, mis-wired an outlet so that it threw sparks and molten copper onto our attic insulation, and allowed a gas leak to persist in our occupied house for at least a month.
