the first year Mark was here he did an outstanding job. In 2023 he spent most of his time in his vehicle on his cell phone with Verizon, his young children were working on the windows. It was an awful job. When calling for 2024 we were told that the "New business manager" would be coming. What a complete disaster--this gal came with another individual telling us what a wonderful job they were going to do. She was constantly answering her cell phone with calls from Mark---I don't know what she did to our windows-many of them ... read more
My mother hired him to clean her house windows. She was charged extra because they said they were very dirty. She contacted them the following day because she could see streaks and bird droppings still on several windows. He left a message saying that he would send someone out to take care of it. He never showed back up or returned her calls.

Fantastic job on my car. They managed to remove nine years of grime and it is beautiful. Definitely recommend!
