Don't expect any support for your lock from Marks USA. We had a single spring break on our mortise lock and we took it to a local locksmith to get it repaired. They suggested we contact Marks USA directly to get a replacement spring, as it was an easy fix with the correct part. We emailed Marks USA and were told they don't sell any replacement springs, and advised us to buy a whole new lock body instead. Seriously?
