Mark's Trenching and Construction was contracted by PSO for work at a house two doors down from my house. On Thursday, 24 July 2014, someone made a decision that they wanted to check the easement at the rear of my property. The easement runs along the back of my property from the end of the block to the other end of the block. It is supposed to be accessed that way.
