Absolutely the best place to get my taxes done...fast and friendly
Horrendous service. When I contacted Mark, I said I was British and needed help since my husband was deployed, which exactly what he didn’t give me. Charged me more than double what I was told up front, but of course with no warning so I have no idea what to do. I don’t trust the return so I have to get another person to look at it now, and he made a mistake and we will have to pay the IRS a massive penalty on top of what he wants us to pay him. We moved here in November and selected Mark's Tax Professionals based on research and reviews. I regret my decision. I have an electric vehicle and qualify for a $7,500 credit. Upon mentioning this on the initial visit, Mark was very quick to say "That credit has expired, the person who sold you your car should have explained that to you". If I were driving a Tesla, this would be true, but I drive a Volkswagen and the credit still applies because they have not sold enough vehicles to be excluded.
