Mark repaired my Toro lawn mower over the summer. He kept to his quoted timeframe for getting to the repair, and his price was good. I believe it was August when the mower wouldn't start. And I really debated going to the store and just buying a new electric mower. After all, I already had an electric trimmer, leaf blower, and even snowblower. Used Mark a few times for small engine projects I couldn’t handle myself. Always been helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
Had a belt break on my John Deere Zero Turn. Mark fixed it and cleaned out underneath the deck. Didn't take me to the cleaners unlike Shorewood Home and Auto does. They would of had it for a month without looking at it. Will definitely be back next year for my annual service on my mowers. Thanks Mark for getting it back to me quickly. Great service. As always Mark's Small Engine Repair did a great job fixing a mower for me. He is straight forward and upfront with no BS or up-selling. His prices are very reasonable and he's never steered me wrong. He will tell you straight up if something is not worth the repair. He fixed a 17 year old mower for me in just a few days. Really nice guy and great place to do business!
Called around looking for a Briggs & Stratton part I needed today. Nobody seemed to stock. Talked with Mark, he got my info and said he’d call back. He promptly did and he had the part. Nice and friendly guy, shop had all kinds of parts and equipment around, so looks like the kind of place that gets it done. Thanks again.
