Had a belt break on my John Deere Zero Turn. Mark fixed it and cleaned out underneath the deck. Didn't take me to the cleaners unlike Shorewood Home and Auto does. They would of had it for a month without looking at it. Will definitely be back next year for my annual service on my mowers. Thanks Mark for getting it back to me quickly. Great service. Highly recommend.
As always Mark's Small Engine Repair did a great job fixing a mower for me. He is straight forward and upfront with no BS or up-selling. His prices are very reasonable and he's never steered me wrong. He will tell you straight up if something is not worth the repair. He fixed a 17 year old mower for me in just a few days. Really nice guy and great place to do business!
Called around looking for a Briggs & Stratton part I needed today. Nobody seemed to stock. Talked with Mark, he got my info and said he’d call back. He promptly did and he had the part. Nice and friendly guy, shop had all kinds of parts and equipment around, so looks like the kind of place that gets it done. Thanks again.
Mark did a great job getting my mower back to "like new". Got it back looking like I just rolled it out of Sears. If you want good service done fast at a fair price, call Mark. Side Note: If your GPS or driving directions say to stop at the railroad tracks - don't do that. just drive a a few 100 yards further and you will see the driveway to pull in.
He’s reasonable with his pricing but I’d get a diagnostics on the machine before anything if one is not trying to pay his labor. He’s flat out honest on his work and will tell one everything what is wrong with ones machine. I took a machine that wasn’t worth fixing up at the end. My loss but he really knows his way around his machines. He will charge you for extra stuff that he will replace such as spark plus etc but it saves you in the long run since its maintenance that keeps one from going back to get a machine repaired. ... read more
