I reached Mark initially on his phone and he was very pleasant. He was en route at the time and asked me to text him my number so that he may contact me when he returned home. I did so, but he never returned the call. I texted and called and left messages a few more times. No reply. Guess getting new business must not be that important to him.

Gutter cleaning called around noon. Messaged about them coming later that day. Got here at 4:30 done in 30 minutes. end unit townhouse with an almost full 5 gallon bucket of debris from the severe storms. Solid work, and for $125 price versus what other folks are charging coming a week later : No brainer here.

I was referred to Mark services by a friend. Contacted Mark to clean the gutters, he originally agreed to come out the next morning. 5 minutes later my phone rings and Mark said his guys are willing to come in the next 15 minutes.. I was excited because it needed to be done. Marks crew was there in 15 minutes on time. Introduced themselves with a friendly and positive attitude then got right to work. I called this company for chimney cleaning. They did very good job - arrived on time on my address, worked quickly, offered great price for the chimney cleaning. Definitely will use them again!
