We dropped in with a battery issue and got help the next morning, very friendly, professional and accommodating, great little place!
My dually pickup was having brake issues. Pulling a 5th wheel camper was testing my brakes to the limit. It took a few days for Marks to get the parts and get me back on the road but valdez has some great museums and everything is in walking distance so I had plenty to see and do. So thank you Marks for getting me back on the road
They checked the problem, ordered the part and got me back on the road asap. Appreciate them!
Talked a to a nice lady on the phone about trying to use my tire protection plane to replace my two front tires which had a nail in it. They said they would do a flat repair which I didn't want because it would defeat the purpose of the protection plan, so she talked the boss, boss wasn't happy about, heard over the phone you've already been on the phone with em 15min.
