I contacted them to pump my septic system since they were the company that replaced most of the system just before I bought my house. They had very poor communication: they did not tell me when they were coming to locate and dig out the access holes, they did not tell me that they weren't coming to pump until the next day, they did not tell me there was an upcharge because my tank is deeper than normal, and they did not tell me that they broke the nozzle on my hose which I had let them use to rinse off the suction tube.
