They used to be top notch. Now, you will be lucky if you get your equipment back at all. And if it runs, you are even luckier. Find someone who actually understands equipment and cares about their customers.

Thanks so much to Marks Power and Mowers in Mandarin for allowing me to drop my generator off Thusday to be fixed and here on Sat took my call at 11:00 never saying they were closing at 1:00...got there at 1:45...Nobody There! So thanks for leaving me without a generator for the storm and the other 10 people that showed up to get theirs.
Mark's has really good mechanics and fair prices, but it takes so dadgum long for them to get to my power equipment. I've had a blower in for over a month now and still awaiting a part. Every time I had a unit in, it would take a least a week to get it back. Now I need to find someplace quicker.
