I have used this company a few times and have found them helpful, friendly and to arrive in a timely fashion.
Mark's Plumbing is the worst response company! We had a pretty good leak so we called Mark's Plumbing on Sat morning. They returned our call Mon at 7:30AM. Mon evening we had to call them back to see if they fixed the leak. Tues morning at 8:30 they called and said they could not fix the leak. Really?!!! They couldn't call us Mon and tell us this? So now we have had a leak for 3 days and have to call someone else. Sad thing about all this...this exact problem with them returning/servicing plumbing issues has always been like... read more
