Ordered a sheet pizza and 3 orders of wings. Waited approximately 80 minutes before we received our order. Food arrived cold and was told by the manager Brian that they could only credit me the pizza not the wings but they could remake the wings. I cant and shouldn't have to wait any longer to remake food that should've been hot the first time around. So now I got cold food, credited the pizza (which is great) but took a loss on the wings, not acceptable.
Politely ordered 10 chicken wings and said two or three times please extra crispy, extra done, really crispy so when I brought them home, they were pretty much cooked But definitely not crispy or well done more like medium. And I also. waited 30 minutes. Did not open the container because I thought I would trust them Because I repeated myself nicely two or three times,but next time I will open the container and check to see if they are done the way I wanted. otherwise I will go Somewhere else.
Best pizza place in Rochester. I love the pizza and the staff is super friendly and helpful
