I was at work, and hungry, and made the mistake of ordering from an independent instead of pizza hut. On their website, I had the ability to write simple delivery instructions. What I wrote was, downstairs, on the back end of the building at the Drs office. In the main lobby. What the door dasher got instead, was just "downstairs at the back end of". Honestly I've tried to give this place more chances then I should've. I don't know why but they can't consistently cook a proper pizza. No matter what we order or what toppings it's a slob of a mess that's slightly undercooked and almost just a pile of grease. Seems like the only halfway decent marks pizzeria left is the one on 441 and Penfield. Anyone ordering here? Do yourself a favor and just go to pontillo's on Hudson.

The chicken wings were not crispy. They were broccoli almost raw. There was it was like nothing. You know whoever you have working on Friday nights. It's not good because they don't know how to cook on the fryers.
