I can’t say enough good things about Mark’s Pizzeria! They truly went above and beyond to make my 5-year-old’s birthday extra special. What could have simply been a regular meal turned into a really memorable experience for our family because of the time and effort they put into making something special for my child. They have a tendency to leave your order outside your door, out of sight with no call/text/notification of delivery (in a fully residential area with no contact issues). this has happened multiple times to me...my personal theory is that is depends on tip.....I called the store to ask them if it is standard that they alert customers, they connected me with the manager...he literally told me 'it depends'....complete disrespect....as the manager of a store. placed the blame on me-while I have no notification of delivery and a ... read more
