You guys lost a customer today. I don't appreciate lies. I don't appreciate snotty attitudes. And I sure do not appreciate mistakes in my order. I called at 5:30 and explicitly asked if they were running busy. They said no and that the pizza would be delivered within 30 to 45 minutes. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I am a single dad. Don’t order the fried dough. They do not put sugar or cinnamon on it. They legit just give you plain fried dough.
I eat pizza all around town, and this Marks has never done me wrong. Awesome consistency in all the food. The wings especially are always on point
I called Saturday to place an order and got disconnected twice! 3rd time very unprofessional person answered the phone "hello" never said it was Mark's and then proceeded to ask if I hung up on him! Try answering the phone stating the business name! It's not that HARD! Not sure what's going on over there? But I won't be!
