My food was soggy and very greasy and when I called about it they wanted to give me a credit towards my next pizza and not offering a refund when I’m not eating it

After working a 10hr long day decided to order pizza for dinner. Order a pizza for pick up online, regular crust well done with toppings like we always get. Never had an issue until tonight. Picked up the pizza and drove home only 2 minutes down the road and opened the pizza just to see it was thin crust which isn't a big deal, we will still eat it. We had a great time with our family. We ordered two large pizzas, and it was more than our family of 6 needed. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni. It was outstanding! A great New york style pizza. We also got standard meat lovers. It was thick and huge, heavy on the meat. Highly recommended!

My son just stopped at marks for a couple of slices & they were extremely dry & the crust literally burned. My son said he would be happy to wait for a new pizza to be made for slices. The " Mark's associate " said...nope, it's s this,or nothing" So we took nothing! $9 for two slices that are sup par. I have lived it Palmyra for 46 years & have always, patronized them, until the last couple of years. I'm out ! tired of the poor quality, tired of the rudeness. They DO NOT " TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!"
