Mark and his crew catered our wedding of 55 people this last weekend and did a fantastic job. Everything was amazing! All of our guests were raving about the BBQ Beans, Mac & Cheese, and of course the pig. We had tons of leftovers as well.
Mark was hired to cater my husband's retirement party in June of 2023. We were in contact going over the details of what food items we wanted until about the beginning of May. Then it was really hard get a response from Mark. I should have been concerned when he finally responded and didn't have any of the items we requested, correct. He was to be at our house at 3:00 and all of a sudden I realize, as my guests were arriving, that he was not here yet. This man was incredibly rude and unprofessional! I would NOT hire him for any event. He was booked for my friends wedding that was hosted at my house. His helper burst through my house to get water after REPEATEDLY being told to stay out of my home and find my fiancé to show him the hose as the house was closed off to vendors and guests. He set up his "walk way" in front of the opening of the tent that everyone used to get into the event. Was catering at a wedding I went to and was pretty rude and unprofessional with a lot of the guests and even had the audacity to disrespect the home owner of where the wedding was held. I would not recommend. Very unfriendly
Awful! At a wedding the food was almost as bad as his temper! His table placement was in the entry way of the tent and he YELLED at people for standing between his food table and his truck....WHERE THE DOOR WAS TO WALK IN What made me decide to write this review was when he grabbed the bride's daughter who was under the age of 10 and physically moved her FORCEFULLY out of his way so that he could walk by. She was no where near his food table but in the entryway of the tent. No grown man should put his hands on a child!!!!! H... read more
