Bad experience at Mark’s Performance Automotive. They told me they could fix the car, which actually belongs to my mother. She is 80 years old, and I gave her this car to rely on. If a shop is willing to take advantage of an older woman, people should be very careful. They charged us $800, and when the car was brought home, it was still not fixed. Great mechanic shop. Came here after my transmission went out in my SUV and Mark had my new transmission in within one day after it arrived to his shop.
Mark is a great guy. He fix my Cadillac converter both of them in about a day fantastic service. I thought it’d be a little bit cheaper but he got the job done and that’s what I appreciate it.
Five hours into his drive and halfway home to Fayetteville, Arkansas from Gulfshores, Alabama on Memorial Day our son called us saying an alarm was going off in his Volkswagen Tiguan saying he had low oil pressure and needed to stop driving immediately. We were 5 hours from him and got him a hotel room in Yazoo City, Mississippi.
