I went there the week of July 4 to get a load of mulch. The woman in the office told me their skid steer was broken and I would need to call back the following week. So I was standing in the yard considering my options, like going to the nearest competitor. I had just decided to ask for a fork so I could load a yard by myself. Placed an order last week for mulch price was good. Was supposed to receive a confirmation call day before no call. Called day of delivery to be given an update there was a fire at our supplier. All orders are on hold and we no ETA for resolution. I understand that there are uncontrollable circumstances. To not call your customers who are expecting deliveries is just bad business practices though. First and last time customer...

Never open. I even left work early to make it there by 3pm close. I arrived at 2:45pm and they were closed, nobody in sight.

Sadly this will be the last time I order from Marks Mulch. Wish the quality was better because they’re right down the street from me. However, two years in a row and the mulch is terrible, so dried out and no better than the mulch I’m replacing. Also, found so many rocks and other objects in the mulch which shows that it’s not filtered properly.
