2 days ago I purchased an rv camper from Mark and his wife. At the time they knew of two soft spots on the floor and I pointed out a small spot on the ceiling. Marks wife assured me she tested the water and that there were no leaks whatsoever. I took the camper home to find significant fire damage and more water damage at the water tank hold.
