It seems all opinions are subjective, so here is mine. On the horrible and abusive owner, that comment was grossly misleading. It is hard to fix a door when you are not given access to the unit. I have never made those kind of comments to anyone and have been in business, hardware and mini storage, over 48 years. Hard to access was in reference to climate control which now has coded entry and 7 day entry. The facility has night lighting and 24/7 cameras, Please note the reviews are two and six years old.
