Not in a million years would I ever recommend this law firm. Never. In my opinion Bob Marks, Sr is mean, manipulative, and thinks nothing of overstepping. When my friend knew we were doing business with him she said, "Flee that man!" I can see by some of the other reviews we aren't the only ones who have had a negative experience.

I had an initial consultation with this firm through the MetLife Legal Plan. Unfortunately, Mr. Marks acted like a “country bumpkin”; he was both unprofessional and rude. I would characterize this introductory conversation as an unnecessary “battle of wits.” Based on this brief encounter, I would never engage this firm.

Over a year ago, I hired this firm to handle my late father’s estate. Initially, they were helpful and responsive via email. But for the past ten months, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them—despite sending multiple emails requesting a basic update or timeline.
