Mark did an outstanding job refinishing our floors and steps. He went above and beyond by also addressing and fixing squeaky spots—special thanks for that! Communication throughout the project was excellent, with each step and timeline clearly explained. The cleanup was also top-notch—Mark left the house in even better shape than it was before. Highly recommend!
Mark and his team came in and did unbelievable work at my house. I had a special project that required his skill set, a lot of very fine cutting and trimming to shim things properly, they did an outstanding job! This is not the first time I've used them. They did an unbelievable job refinishing my floors about a year ago as well. And 5 years before that, refinishing floors in a different location, doing an outstanding job there as well. If there was an option to give Mark and his team more than 5 stars, I would. I recently purchased a home that had hardwood floors desperately needing refinishing. I reached out to several companies in the area before picking Mark’s Master Service to do the job. Mark was incredibly fast to respond to my request, he gave me a quote with just a few photos, and came in very competitively priced.
