Brought my BMW in for a tune up 3 Months (June 2020) ago.... finally picked it up this month (August 28, 2020). Very disappointed in how long it took. I’m not even sure if the tune up was done correctly, but it’s not running very well. The acceleration is taking longer then usual. Never received an apology for the long wait. Was told there was only one mechanic. Was charged over $400.00 for a “tune up”. The bolts was left off my cars dash panel also. I wish I would have read the newer reviews.
