Buyer Beware!!! Purchased Harris Sunliner Pontoon Boat Oct 2014, paid cash in full with free storage and delivery in Spring 2015. 8 months later, still no boat delivered, had my money for 8 months, lied about every aspect of sales transaction. Mark's said they were waiting for "warranty" parts from Harris. Damaged not disclosed, falsely advertised as "New Boat". Mark's wouldn't give me a refund until I hired an attorney. Since my last review above the dealer has agreed to tow my boat back to their dealership and make repairs at no charge. They also delivered it back to my lake at no charge. I was told that everything is repaired except the Tach. They said they ordered a part and it would be repaired at my lake in the Spring

Bought boat at boat show and needed the dimensions of the boat to modify my hoist, 12 phones calls and no answer, they told me they were too busy. Boat delivered with no instructions or time to go over the boat, ripped vinyl, broken tach, broken depth finder, broken dashboard. Try yo get assistance and they told me they were too busy, Marty (the boat guy) my salesman got angry with me and would not return any phone calls. I will never do business of any nature with the owner again. I made the mistake of thinking this was a reputable business because it's been around awhile but I found out otherwise...DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
