Excellent jeweler. Brought in a ring to have the main stone replaced. Different cut and size after being told by another jeweler it couldn't be done. Charles looked at it for 5 mins or so and said give me a week. A week later we have a beautiful ring that was masterfully repaired for a great price too. Highly recommend!
I went in there with my grandma's jewelry box after she passed and the young lady sat with me for at least a hour going through and testing everything to find out what was real and what was fake. They bagged and labeled every piece and were extremely helpful. A few weeks later me and my girlfriend returned and she built the engagement ring she's always wanted. Great people and great customer service.
I went in yesterday to have them fix a ring I previously had soldered. The other jewelry store soldered it with a gap between my engagement and wedding band. Marks Jewelry Co. went above and beyond. I had an anniversary weekend planned and they made sure to have my ring finished by then. They originally gave me a pick up date of Friday which was the next day. I was in need of an expedited wedding ring fix (resizing) and owner Chuck Marks and his counter representative were wonderful. They were able to take care of it on the spot and although my ring was bi-metal and tricky the work was quick, perfect, and VERY fairly priced!
I have a unique braided wedding band and after 30 years managed to break a piece off of it. The staff at Marks went above and beyond to complete the complicated repair and make sure I was 100% happy with the finished product. Adding a pic so you can (not) see where the repair was. I’m so grateful!
