My new shop!!!! I was so tired of the run around and the expense of taking my car to the dealership, but upon speaking with a sales guy at the dealership (I won't say which one :-), I promised), he actually told me to see Mark because I could get the same quality workmanship, original parts, for about half the price he was quoting me. You're taking a risk with these guys Mark's Japanese has 4 locations now (plus a transmission business). I've been to the Redmond and Kirkland locations with my vehicles. Mark's direct mail has a very genuine "I'm on your side" message, proclaiming "No Lattes, No Marble Floors, No Flat Screens", so I assumed I'd save money and get good quality and service.
